Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase from Roadrocketspecials. However if you wish to return a product, then please read the information and follwo the instructions below before sending back your item.

If, within 30 days, you wish to return a product that is not faulty, we will happily accept it back, providing that it is undamaged, unused and in a re sellable condition. You will have to pay the return postage and we will discount your refund by a 10% repackaging and re-stocking fee. We will not refund the original postage.

If the product is faulty or the wrong part, or any other reason that is our fault we will also refund the return postage costs.Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next Kilogram.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package , however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


Claims, Returns and Allowances.

1.1           Any claims against the roadrocket must be made within 7 Days of delivery of the goods except claims arising from non-delivery, which must be made in writing within 14 Days from the date of invoice. All claims must refer to the official invoice number and date and state the reason for the claim.

1.2           The customer shall pay all freight charges for the return of Goods unless roadrocket expressly agrees in writing to accept liability for such charges.

1.3           Goods returned for credit will only be accepted if received in original condition and may be subject to restocking charges. The following items cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances:

(a)           Any goods specifically made or ordered for the customer

(b)                 Any goods damaged shop soiled, mishandled, abused or altered in any way by the customer

1.4           Acceptance of delivery of the goods returned for credit does not signify agreement to issue a credit note. A credit note will be issued at roadrocket ‘s discretion and only after the Goods have been inspected and found to be satisfactory. In the event that a credit note is not issued, the Customer will be advised and the Goods made available for collection by the Customer.

1.5           Without prejudice to Condition roadrocket will accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss arising as a result of the company’s failure to give credit or its delay in so doing.


2              FREIGHT CHARGES

2.1           In consideration of the sellers freight charge, the seller shall, unless otherwise directed by the buyer, dispatch and deliver the goods to the buyer as the buyer may direct. The charge for transportation is solely to the buyer’s account and is payable by the buyer to the seller with payment for the goods. The buyer may arrange for such transportation at its own expense without recourse to the seller by giving advance notice to the seller, in which event the seller’s freight charge will not apply.


3              LIABILITY

3.1           Unless expressly agreed to the contrary by roadrocket in writing, the provisions and tolerances contained in the standard specifications to which roadrocket or its supplier’s manufacture the goods will apply to all orders accepted.

3.2           Unless roadrocket otherwise agrees in writing, at the request of the Customer, delivery of the Goods shall take place at the Company’s premises. In the event that roadrocket agrees to deliver the goods to the Customer at the Customer’s address or to some other place nominated by the customer, roadrocket shall be deemed to be A COMMON CARRIER and the Company shall not be under any liability whether in tort or contract or otherwise, for any loss or damage to or deterioration of the Goods or for misdelivery or failure to deliver, or delay in delivery or for any other loss or damage suffered by the Customer whether caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the Company or by any othercause whatsoever, including (but not limited to) any act of God, flood, fire, lightning, storm, tempest, rain, enemy hostilities, strikes, lock-out or other industrial disturbances, riots, laws, rules or regulations, inability to obtain equipment or material or any other cause outside the control of the Company.

3.3           roadrocket shall be under no liability to the Customer for any loss, including (but not limited to) loss of profits and consequential loss or for damage to persons or properly or for death or injury caused by any act or omission, including (but not limited to) negligent acts or omissions of the Company or the Company’s employees or agents.

3.4           The customer shall indemnify roadrocket against any claims made against the Company by any third party in respect of any such loss, damage, death or injury as is set out in paragraph 5.3 Of these terms and conditions; the customer further agrees to indemnify the Company against all losses and expenses which the Company may suffer or incur owing to the failure of the Customer to fully observe its obligations under these Conditions of Sale.

3.5           Save as herein provided;

(a)           The Company makes no express warranty in respect of the Goods

(b)           The Company shall not be liable in respect of any warranty, condition, representation or statement concerning the Goods unless this is expressly provided for in writing as being part of the Contract and signed by the Company.

(c)           The Company’s liability hereunder(if any) shall be limited to the value of the Goods as subject of this Contract.

(d)           All warranties and conditions implied at common law or under statute are expressly excluded from the Contract unless exclusion would be illegal or void.

4.1                 The construction, validity and performance of this Contract shall be governed by the laws in force in the State of Victoria of the Commonwealth of Australia in which the contract is made.

4.2                 The signing of a manifest or delivery docket for goods received, notwithstanding anything that may be stated to the contrary by the Customer, shall constitute acceptance of these Conditions of Sale.

4.3                 The completion and signing of the Account Application shall constitute acceptance of these Conditions of Sale.


5                    POLICY CHANGES

5.1           roadrocket reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion without notice.
